Additional Charges: Rush services, copy costs, mailing, and other special requests may incur additional fees.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as good-faith estimates based on typical processing. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including government agency processing times, court schedules, mail delivery, and document availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
Service Fee Refunds: If we are unable to retrieve the requested document after reasonable effort, our service fee will be refunded in full.
Government Fees: Fees paid to government agencies are generally non-refundable once submitted, as these are determined by the issuing agency's policies.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
